What is the arrival time?

Any time from 4:00pm. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your cottage will be ready before this time.

By what time must I vacate the property?

Vacation of the cottage is always at 10:00am

Where do I pick my key up from?

Keys will be given to you on arrival. If arriving late please call to make alternative arrangements.

When do I pay my balance?

Your balance is due on arrival. cash or cheque only please, we do not accept credit cards.

Where is the nearest large supermarket?

Morrisons in Bude, four miles away. Alternatively, Waitrose and Tesco offers an online delivery service.

Where is the nearest pub?

There are two pubs in the nearby village of kilkhampton, The London Inn and The New Inn (2.5 miles away). Both serve excellent food.

Are towels and linens supplied?

Yes, all towels and white linen are supplied. This year we will also be offering additional linen through the week for an additonal cost.

Are cots and high chairs supplied?

Cots and high chairs are supplied at extra cost. Please note cot linen cannot be supplied.

How far is the nearest beach and can we walk to it?

Sandymouth beach is approximately one mile away, however the road is steep, so the carrying of equipment is not recommended. It is still a very pleasant walk.

Where can I get surfing/body boarding lessons?

Lessons can be provided by the Big Blue Surf School. The link to their web site can be found on our links page.

How far is the town center of Bude?

About four and a half miles away.

What are the laundry facilities?

The Laundry facilities include a coin operated washing Machine and tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board. Close by we also have the outdoor drying area.

Is there a payphone available?

Yes, next door to the Laundry facilities you will find a coin operated payphone.
