Verity

Verity is very similar to Demelza as it has three bedrooms; on the first floor the master double room an en-suite shower room, and the twin room has a new main bathroom just next door.  The first floor has modern lighting throughout, and the bedrooms each have flat screen TV’s and large roof windows over looking the sea and farm land. The 3rd double bedroom is downstairs, together with the open plan kitchen & living area which has views overlooking the fields to the rear.  There is dining table and 4 chairs, efficient kitchen area with fridge with freezer compartment electric built in oven & hob, microwave and much more, the  welcoming lounge space has comfortable sofas a flatscreen television with DVD player.

The back door leads to its own patio and lawn area with a set of table and chairs and a brick built barbecue in the evening, this is a fantastic area to sit back, unwind, and watch uninterrupted views of Houndapitt's exceptional sunsets. Please note: arrival and departure for this cottage occurs on Saturdays, and pets are welcome in this cottage.

This cottage can sleep 6, however due to the small lounge and dinning area we recommend for comfort 4-5 guests only.
